On another note, this thing is so fricken awesome it makes me want to go hula-hoop or...something. I love how his (her? its?) eye is framed by the shell and by that sprig of green leafy whatever. The detail is superb; its shell is excellent. I think the blur in the lower left corner makes it easier to look at, if that makes sense. The planty-grassy thing pointing to his eye is badass as well.
